ICT has provided products and services to institutions under the effect of centralized public procurement procedure – prescribed in a framework agreement made with the Központi Szolgáltatási Főigazgatóság (KSZF, central bureau of services) – and companies which undertook the procedure voluntarily for many years. Ordering procedure

• Ordering via public procurement portal
  Customers may choose a suitable framework agreement, or – if this was unknown for them – products or services and place an order directly to the Supplier who has given the cheapest offer.

• Order by Procurement and confirmatory form
  Customers may place an order in writing by filling in and posting a form called Procurement and confirmatory form accepted by KSZF (central bureau of services )according to the given instructions. The Supplier confirms the order in two days. The contract is again awarded to the Supplier who has given the cheapest offer.
