The procedure of filling vacancy

Resumes are recorded in the HR data bank of our company. At first, we sort out resumes complying with our requirements then we make short, targeted telephone interviews with candidates. Only after this candidates can meet the HR manager who forwards the applications of 3 or 5 candidates to the competent line-manager. Eventually, the candidate chosen by the line-manager has to fill in a work aptitude test, on the basis of which the company management makes the final decision.

Candidates are always informed about the outcome of the procedure by the HR manager either by phone or writing.
