How can I place an order via KSZF (Central Service Bureau)?

  • Ordering via public procurement portal
    You may choose a suitable framework agreement, or – if you are not familiar with it – products or services and place an order directly to the Supplier who has given the cheapest offer.
  • Order by Procurement and confirmatory form
    You may place an order in writing by filling in and posting a form called Procurement and confirmatory form accepted by KSZF (Central Service Bureau) according to the given instructions. The Supplier confirms the order in two days. The contract is again awarded to the Supplier who has given the cheapest offer.

Our customer service answers your calls and e-mails at periods determined in the contract.
For non-contracted clients our technical support is available at the following times:

Are you ready to install, maintain and support products that I already have or have bought from another supplier?

Of course, we are. We normally maintain and repair products of our partner manufacturers, but we are ready to support products of other manufacturers too. We may employ sub-contractors in such cases in order to ensure quality of service.


In what period of time do you undertake onsite maintenance for clients having IT outsourcing service contract?

The period of time to get to the location is always defined in the service contract and it ranges from 4 to 24 hours. If requested, we can provide a specific SLA service for our clients.
